January 29th, 2009 | Hey everyone. Just wanted to let you know we just received the Wacom Cintiq 12wx that we’re giving away to the lucky winner of Flipshake’s “Alive” contest. I want to keep editorial cartooning alive and I see this table as a way to make me better. My work has had a profound impact on my community. Getting the elderly fed, cutting government waste and corruption and generally building moral in a community that has been hit with hard economic times. Editorial cartooning is my passion and I think I can make my world a better place by continuing on the tradition of Thomas Nast, Herblock and others while cartoonist’s jobs are being cut and newspapers are dying.
